About Us

The Maine Spaniel Field Trial Club was incorporated in 1958 with the purpose of improving the “flushing” spaniel as a breed. Today our focus remains the same as we work to expand the interests in field breed springers and cockers to help promote and expand the interests in trials, hunt tests, and spaniels for upland hunting.

The MSFTC remains very active decades later, hosting an ESS Open and Amateur Trial, two Cocker Field Trials, AKC Hunt Tests, training days and our annual fun day/water trial.
